You really can be so proud of yourself for having made the decision to stop feeding your body nicotine!
I really enjoyed reading your first post and it is obvious that you have done a lot of reading already. Please, keep doing just that and learn as much about our addiction as you can.
I would like to join the others in saying that you are not a loser. You are not. Perhaps it is time for, too, to practise a little
