I'm right there with you, about the same time free and I completely understand what you're feeling. I know you read the posts that sound so upbeat, I know you think you should be doing better. I know this because I'm with you...I'm the same. I also know that there are a lot of people here that have been quit for a long time. Because of them, I know it gets better. It has to or they wouldn't be where they are. We just need to hold on, be patient, remember why we quit, ntap, and comfort will come. You have been quit too long to turn back now...hold on...and breath deep.
