Hello Sharon and Welcome to Freedom!!!!
You have made a wonderful decision to Join Freedom and Congratulations on your 20 days quit... before you know it, you will have quit for 1 month and we will be celebrating your Green Accomplishment. I know exactly what you are going through... I smoked for 25 years at 2 packs a day... sometimes even more if you put a drink in front of me. I smoked at work, in my car, first thing in the morning, and I can go on and on... but you see, that is just part of this nasty nicotine habit.... It holds onto you like glue and it's up to you to break free because "IT" will never let you go!!! My husband does not smoke so he was a big help in my quit.... My husband combined with Freedom gave me all of the encougagement, determination I needed to go fast forward!!! Your husband quit 30 years ago and should be a big encouragement in your situation....Sometimes it much harder to quit when there are other people around you constantly smoking!!! I was also a madwoman when I quit smoking in the beginning....I would cry, yell at people and I would be completely miserable!!!! But Time Healed all of my wounds....sometimes you don't think in the beginning that you will make it but as time goes on with each and every passing day, it get easier and easier until Nicotine looses it's trip and you are free.... So Hang in there, you are doing really well so far and be strong and show that Nicotine Habit once and for all that you are not fooling around this time and that you are going to do it!!!! Keep on walking and never look back!!!! Because as long as you never take another Puff.... You will find freedome forever!!!!!
Flycat...
I have not smoked for 3 years, 11 months and I will never turn back!!!!
