Hi Maggie - I think that antsy/anxious feeling is pretty common - I had it for a bit but it did pass. Sometimes it really is a craving or need - but not for nicotine. Have you read the thread (help me somebody) about identifying what it is your body really is asking for because we all got so used to just assuming that it wanted nicotine when actually it was a glass of water, or food, or sleep??
It all gets so much better - look at you! almost green already. Just remember the one and only rule and NTAP. image
