DOUBLE GOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Congratulations Elaine for Making Double Gold!!!!
That is quite an accomplishment!!!! You must be really proud of yourself and we are very proud of you too!!! You are an excellent example of how successful you can be at beating this Nicotine Habit!!! My sister also quit with me when we first tried to quit together.... we got hypnotised which of course did not work for either of us....I lasted a week and she went home that night and continued to smoke. She still smokes till this day and has never been able to successfully quit. My Uncle Joe also died of Lung cancer... he smoked quite a bit... that was really hard because he was one of my buddies and I really miss him!!! Of course, it wasn't until I joined Freedom that I became the success that I am.... Freedom also gave me everything I needed to quit and keep my quit.......So I really know where you are coming from!!! And yes, it certainly does get better as time goes on and one day you don't even think about that nasty habit anymore. It deminishes like it never existed and your body grows stronger and your lungs grow cleaner and you become a new person!!!
So Congratulations on your WONDERFUL QUIT!!!! and I think it's time for a celebration!!!! As long as you never look back and take another puff, you will be free forever!!!!!
