Hey Jennifer image
Those little victories really are great aren't they ? Not to mention the rush of adrenalin you get from bragging about your quit image And you'll find that almost every day there will be another little victory, another little throwaway brag, another warm feeling to help you keep that precious quit of yours.
One of my favorites that I remember was when I had to complete a life insurance application form in my first year of quit. I rushed down the column checking the Yes/No boxes, and screeched to a halt when I realised I'd checked the "Yes" box for "Are you a smoker ?". I scribbled it out and checked the other box. The agent who checked my form queried it, and I confirmed that I had quit some months ago. "Good for you" he replied, and I just glowed image Littler victories, Jennifer, but they're oh so important.
Congratulations on yours, and congratulations on almost four wonderful weeks of Freedom.
