Hi Flycat,
I love to read post from people who are gold or in your case TRIPLE GOLD.... It is the only way I can keep assured that it is possible. I am Double Green today and I never thought I could ever say that But it sure feels good to be able to. I too smoked for a long time 31years about a pac a day. This place is truly the only thing I have ever found that came right out and said yes it's tough and yes you are going to go thru a bunch of stuff you won't like and that was honest enough to tell me to my face you are a junkie and if you want to change it you can. So when they tell me I can be smoke FREE for the rest of my life and when Triple Golds like you that say you did it I get that AHHHHHHH feeling knowing I can do it too if I just always remember NTAP and come here for help if I need it. Thank you for taking the time to post your testamony is very important and encouraging.
Sandy
Double green Today YEAH for me!!!!
I have chosen not to feed my addiction for 2 Months, 1 hour, 53 minutes and 11 seconds (59 days)
By choosing not to smoke 1,181 cigarettes. I have gladly added 4 Days, 2 hours and 25 minutes to my life to make up for some of what I missed smoking and saved myself $295.38. My Quit Date: 1/28/2006
