That's a great idea... I just wrote NTAP at the top of the setlist I'm writing!

It's just such a strongly associated activity. Every time I used to pick up the guitar or sit down behind the piano, I had a cigarette in my mouth... would even sometimes get burned by the ash falling because I didn't want to quit playing, but I had to have that cigarette. I even used to sing around it.

I've broken the trigger when I'm practicing by using a lollipop or hard candy, and it works pretty well.

I'm just a little worried that since I'll be in a smoky bar, with everyone around me smoking, that I might have a moment of weakness. That "no legitimate reason to relapse" is good, and I just taped it inside my guitar case.

I have the strength not to smoke, I'm just a little worried that I might forget that I do.

Thanks for your support.
