The essence of being free is keeping control of our thoughts and emotions. Take those deep breaths, remind yourself that being finally nicotine free is the most important thing to you right now, in this moment, and NTAP!
Those other things you didn't have time to do are simply diversions. You do not need them to stay free. They help you think about something else but they are not mandatory. Diversions are optional, NTAP is mandatory.
You are free and in control. Craves turn soon to urges and triggers. Get to know the difference. Recognize the difference in WANTING vs. THINKING. Know you have the choice To Smoke or Not to Smoke .
