Hi Kristie,
You've been given some espeically great advice from some truly wonderful Freedom members. Here's soem advice from one more well know Freedom contributor - Kay aka KattatonicGold.
In lieu of Kay herself stopping in I thought I'd find a post from her that may help you address your desire to get through your day and resume a 'normal work schedule'. Check out this older post

from Kay the author of the
Triggers: Reminders From Your Executive Assistant
classic.
I can also tell you, I worked on my own for many years out of a home office. I now run a one-person consultancy out of my own office in a professional building. Not that much different except that I have to drive to work everyday to talk on the phone. So maybe you need to change your routine a bit and set a 'start of day' routine that will get you up and out of the house for a walk, or some kick-off activity. Then keep on setting up immediate, intermediate and longer term goals. Same as you would do before, but far more efficient without all the interruptions to feed your addictions on the hour calls for a new dose of nicotine. Stay true to your promise to NTAP and soon you will see it is easier, calmer, and far more efficient to live your life as it was intended to be, nocotine free.
