For anyone who has been living with the belief that quitting is impossible. Quitting is not impossible, the fact that half the people in America who used to smoke have now quit proves that. This letter is for anyone who has ever taken solace in the feeling that quitting is futile because they can't quit so they just might as well smoke. Up to this time all previous attempts likely failed because they just were not yet properly motivated to even start to quit or were totally unaware of how to do it if properly motivated.
They may be waiting for some defining moment or life event where they just toss cigarettes out with no second thoughts. Well such moments may actually occur, but by then a successful quit may be too late to save their lives. Besides this, many will die before ever reaching that magic motivational moment.
So instead of waiting for some life defining moment, create a life defining momentum. Learn all you can of why you smoke, why you should quit, how to quit and how to stay off once you do quit. All that information is here for your taking. The last part which is the most intimidating for many is actually the easiest part to explain--it is to stay off for ever only entails knowing to never take another puff!
