Hi Robert, I'll tell you a few things. I started smoking when I was 21 and didn't quit until I was 44. I wish I hadn't waited so long but I honestly didn't think life without cigs would be worth living. I was so wrong.
I really like not being pulled along by my need to smoke. Having to leave situations, find spaces where I can smoke. What a waste of time. I was a hard core smoker. Noone thought I would ever quit. I am not unique in this regard. Lots of people here thought that hope was beyond them.
Try something different by not smoking. You might surprise yourself!
