Hi Robert,
Hey, we're Family, too, and we're all pulling for you! Hope you're still hangin' in there and able to join us soon! How cool that Joel brought up all the links to Dave's early posts . . . . . .should be some really good reading for you.
This quitting thing IS doable ~ just get the part about the glass being half-full instead of half-empty! You are not giving something up ~ you are giving yourself and your family the greatest gift you could possible give ~ a long, healthly life free of addiction to nicotine!!
We'll be here for you on this journey if you need us . . . . . in the meantime only one rule ~ No Nicotine Today!!
God Bless,
Candi
I have been quit for 1 Month, 2 Weeks, 5 Days, 10 hours and 40 minutes (50 days). I have saved $183.61 by not smoking 1,412 cigarettes. I have added 6 Days, 20 hours and 44 minutes to my life.
