Robert,
You have a great teacher in Dave. Listen at first and read as much as you can stand.
This site is so speacial and has helped so many people that you can't just dismiss it as a fluke. Everyone who runs this site is dedicated to one thing. To help people who WANT to quit, do it right the first time. We are addicts addicted to nicotine. Joel's library is what got me through the first 3 days. I must have read it 5 times by now.
Keep on reading and learning, and when your able to post here for any help.
I smoked 38yrs 4 pks a day. I wish that my daughter would come here and learn.
She is 28 and smokes 2pks a day. Dave has given you a great start please don't give up before the miracle of being smkoe free happens!
Good Luck
Rick
