I just want to note that we added two new letter to the quit library, under the section "The Costs of Smoking." The last two letters, "Smoking's Impact on the Lungs" and "Smoking and Circulation" was built from some of the articles originally created in the strings here. If you ever want a quick reminder of the benefits of quitting, I think you will find these two articles a good read, although a bit graphic in nature.
I want to thank John for his editing and formatting, and placing them into the library, as well as Joanne and Linda for their feedback and editing suggestions.
Reading what smoking can do to you is scary, but a whole lot less scary and more important, a whole lot less risky than experiencing what smoking can do to you. To avoid all of the implications talked about in these new strings, and minimize the risks of all smoking induced complications always remember to never take another puff!
