Lila,
No need to fear. You posted in the right place. Most of all welcome to the
GOLD
club. I loved your comment "
This time last year I woke up thinking "I don't know if I can do this....I really want that cigarette." This morning I woke up thinking "What did I do to my ankle yesterday??
". Isn't it funny how our perspectives change? Once we get the nicotine out of our systems and learn how to defeat those pesky smoking triggers then all we have to do is NTAP. Before we know it one day we wake up wondering what we were afraid of, why it took us so long to make the decision to quit and why we ever smoked (dipped or chewed) in the first place. Comfort does come you newbies out there and sooner than you can imagine. Congratulations quit sister.
YQB,
Pat
