Hiya Deborah
Welcome to the greatest cyber classroom in the world - reading/listening and watching here, will give you all the education in the world on how to stay quit - One of the first lesson is realizing that we are all addicts, addicted to nicotine.
Here you will find people who are doing exactly what you are doing, putting one foot in front of the other, day by day, everyone here is doing it, there are no relapses, or slips, just people who have learn't that 1 = all and to Never Take Another Puff.
From the first moment you quit, your body is in recovery, learning to take control of its own blood circulation etc - doing the job it was meant to do.
Its here that if you will receive support, there are literally heaps of helping hands, to link you links on things you may be going through.
Be proud of the week you have already achieved, no mean feat for an addict, and know that this is doable.
Welcome to Freedom Deborah...
