Hi Everyone,

I haven't found a parade that showcases everyone's positive experiences with exercising since their quit, so here goes!

That little guy at the top is showing my current exercise, which is Capoeira (he's better than me by the way). I can't believe I forgot what it is like to do exercise and breathe normally!! My throat doesn't get dry nearly as fast and I don't feel winded nearly as quickly as before. Capoeira is the time when I feel I most celebrate my smoke free lungs, as it is such a pleasure to do something I love and be able to brreeeaattthheee.

How about you?

Do you currently practice some form of exercise and can speak to your experience pre/post quit?

Since quitting have you begun some form of exercise you had been avoiding subconsciously because you knew breathing would be hard?

Has quitting put a motivation in you to set an exercise goal or try something else physically that you didn't think you could do before?

Let us know how your smoke free life has enhanced your in this arena!
