Good for you at 2 weeks nicotine free!! Your days and weeks will keep adding up, if you'll always remember and honor ODAAT, NTAP.
I'm so happy & proud for you!! You bring back many memories for me. I remember when I was at 2 weeks!
Also
thinking that I never could have imagined myself 2 weeks without those awful icky stickys stuck to me. I was absolutely amazed, and grateful to have made it so far.
The concept of One Day at a Time, Never Take Another Puff is proving to be revolutionary for me.
No kidding, if I start thinking too far ahead, I get into trouble.
I continue to be amazed and grateful to have made it as far as I have, today. Now, I'm in day 152, actually. This has been and continues to be a most amazing journey. I'm still pinching myself, wanna make sure that I'm not dreaming!!! LOL!!
I hope I never loose this gift of freedom, so, I continue to NTAP, ODAAT!
I truly stay in the One Day at a Time frame of mind. Especially in regard to my freedom from nicotine.
I don't use nicotine anymore, not today, not right now, not at this moment.
It stays pretty simple when I spend a little time here each day reading and posting a little when I'm so moved.
I
really enjoy
encouraging others here cuz I remember how I felt when someone in cyberspace responded to my early posts when I hadn't a clue what I was doing other than the fact that I hadn't had a nicotine fix for some time and the person at the other end of the computer was in the same
boat as me. Or should I say, on the same rope?
CLICK HERE: "Three years - vs - Three days"
I believe I'm reinforcing my freedom when I'm sharing it with someone else. I'm hoping to give something back in a good way.
Keep coming here KW. Keep reading, reading, listening, & watching.
Let your mind be retrained in a manner that you, too, will remain an ex-smoker. It is a
most magnificent
investment in your future.
Thankfully marching in day 152,
K Katie Ann
P.S. It keeps getting better, a little bit, each and every day! :)
