I know what you mean, gaylo.  I was telling my son the other day (he's 17) I said, son, I started smoking at your age.....I am now almost 50.  I don't remember NOT smoking.

Very strange, indeed.  I told my co-workers....what do you people do with yourselves all day?  LOL! I mean I was really perplexed on how calm they were without having to go and smoke.  So I totally understand having to learn to do things again.

I've been on this computer so much, learning and looking at all different things.  I feel that I still am (on my 10th non-smoking day) a little discombobulated and disoriented so I do things slowly and am just now getting comfortable in my own skin again.

I must say, I wish I could go back to bed as I am tired.  Some nights I go in early, some I go to bed later (like last night).  I guess it's ok to nap during the day if you're home, right?

You just have to concentrate on the 'present' and the 'future' will open itself up!  Congratulations!!!!!!!
