Oh My Gosh, Gaylo!! Reading your posts are like reading mine on the first few weeks!!

I soooo thought I lost my "best friend"; I could not believe how much time I spent using nicotine; I soooo wondered what to do with myself; I'm 58 too and started around 16.

But guess what; I just celebrated 4 months of freedom from nicotine. I realized early in that 4 months that a "best friend" wouldn't be slowly KILLING me, so that is junkie thinking; it took a while but I learned to live without nicotine; I took back the real me; my house is cleaner, I read more, I go outside and play more, I visit with my friends more and boy can I take a deep breath without coughing or hacking. I also have $1250 extra in my bank account.
