Doc no need to apologize. I only get here every six days or so myself due to being on the road. Thanks for your support. It helps to know my quit is important to you too. Thanks again.
Saw doctor Monday and I couldn't believe the smile I saw on that man's face when I told him I quit two months ago. As we discusse the quit he was impressed with the knowledge I had and the tools I was aware of to use. Thanks to Joel for that. He was also impressed with my healthy positive attitude and determination. Thanks to all of you here for that. I told him about the whyquit website and he said he would check it out as he is always looking for good sites to recommend to patients.
Best news is my blood pressure has dropped and with afew points more drop and some exercise and weight loss I MAY BE ABLE TO DROP MY BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATION. This is one of my goals. I see him again in six months to evaluate progress.

Mark - Free and Healing for Two Months, Ten Days, 8 Hours and 45 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 9 Days and 15 Hours, by avoiding the use of 2775 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $695.63.
