Sue,

I am so happy for you that you decided to keep your quit.  You are only a month behind me, and I can tell you that you will feel much differently the next month than you have the last.  Just yesterday, it occurred to me that I had not reached for a cigarette in severe times of stress.  I had had many days where I had not thought of a cigarette, but did not realize, until yesterday, that I was handing stress (major stress) without nary a thought of smoking.  This was such an exciting revelation to me.  I know I can make it now.  I can't help but believe you are going to experience similar instances very soon.  Just think, you are but a couple of days away from Double-Green!  That is certainly something to celebrate!  I'm glad you're still with us, Sue.  It will get easier.

you are going to find yourself a smoker again."
