Congrats on 2 months of freedom from nicotine. Your body is free, your mind will follow as soon as you decide there is nothing good about being actively addicted and chemical dependent. Living free of nicotine is so much better and easier than being trapped in the throes of active addiciton dependency servicing.
You are still healing from years of chemical dependency. Two things I'll share with you: 1) It does get easier and more normal livng free (as that is the way we are actually supposed to be) and 2) You will continue to find a sense of comfort and normalcy in every day as long as you believe it is better to live free than live the lie of dependency.
Double Green is a big step forward in a life lived free A8. continue to tell yourself
I will not smoke today!
and as the article says always congratulate yourself at the end of another successful day lived free. It gets better and it becomes easy - I guarantee.
I want one...
You said it would get better but it's just as bad!
Will this get better?
