Hi,

What is happening to you right now is what I call the ole one, two.
One step forward, two steps back.
I experienced it and I read about it often and almost always around the end of two months.

It's kinda like junkie thinking trying to storm the bastille one last time.
Or a couple of hot spots/flare-ups to be put out.
Probably there is some physiological thing happening with our neurons before they power down into sleep mode. When triggers appear they check to see if they got a bite and then slip back into sleep.

But it doesn't last long, a couple of days maybe.
When it's over, you might say I didn't like that but it definately reinforces that you can do it effectively.
You have knowledge and skills.

It is a part of embracing junkie thinking, which is just one more step in understanding and accepting your nicotine addiction.

It is within the next few months that most of us found that comfort zone you hear about.
