Welcome jcboliveria! Your concerns about too much exercise tied to your quit too early may be justified. Frankly, the only action needed to be successful is to refrain from allowing nicotine into our bloodstream, what's actually non-action.  The obvious concern is that if you tire of exercise or become injured and unable to continue, will its psychological bond with quitting have become so great that you'll relapse to smoking.  While fantastic to engage in extra activity once free we need to take care not to lean so heavily upon it that it becomes a crutch that would threaten our healing if removed.

Be proud of you, jcboliveria, as you've come far and invested much.  Still just on rule ... no nicotine today!

Breathe deep, hug hard, live long,

John (Gold x11)
