Well it's been a little over a week now and I'm still clean.  I have "smoking" dreams almost every night now though, which are a bit disturbing.  I keep waking up thinking that I broke my quit and it takes me a while to shake that feeling and come back to reality.  During the day I'm fine.  I'm really enjoying being able to BREATHE and not get winded climbing the stairs or whatever.  Also I've been working out a lot and I like that I can push myself harder now.  I'm hoping that will help combat some of the weight gain.  I've noticed a few extra pounds but nothing terrible so far. 

Last weekend I was able to successfully go to a bar and have a drink without smoking, which was a huge relief for me.  Although I still haven't hung out with my old smoking buddies (who still smoke), but I think by the time that happens I'll be strong enough to resist any temptation from them. 

Anyway that's my progress so far.  I'm 100% committed to this and am gaining more confidence every day.  Thanks again for all your support!
