Day 19

The hollidays are almost finished and is been hard and strange at same time.
It's strange to see all those people smoking at night after dinner or near the pool, something that I used to do and I don't anymore.
It's hard to discover the psicological triggers and in my case they are the drinks. Seeing people smoking doesn't give me the urge to smoke, however drinking the things that I used to drink and smoke, it's a no no. So, I've quit: long drinks and almost all coffee.

Also, changed the exercise type that I used to do, I'm running instead.
