Welcome to Freedom! It is wonderful that you have decided to quit. I, too, had several short lived quits right before this FINAL quit. I remember getting frustrated too...struggling for 12 or 24 hours just to go back to smoking and then going through withdrawl the next time I quit.
It IS true that it only takes 3 days for nicotine to get out of your system and you will never have to go through those 3 days again as long as you Never Take Another Puff. It has worked for me. I just celebrated 6 months of freedom and it feels GREAT!!!
