The past few days I've noticed that I have my heaviest cravings for cigarettes about the same time in the day. It occurs late afternoon/early evening. I can't figure it out, but they last for a minute or two then subside for about 20 minutes to half an hour then slowly build up again for a minute or two. This lasts for an hour or two. After that, it's just the odd twinge of craving that I can actually attribute to some physical habit like driving, or having a coffee.

Any feedback would be appreciated!

Rob.

Edit:  Haha Yes Tess the kid is munching on the cat's head.  The caption from the kid is "BWAINSSS!!"  and the cat is placidly thinking "You let him watch another zombie movie didn't you"

Although we're each unique, it could be conscious fixation that you've somehow grown to expect, Rob.  Like thinking about our favorite food, we can each fixate on thoughts of wanting for as long as we hold our focus, and memories of previously satisfying wanting can drive the experience.   But it's excellent that you've documented it as it's one more aspect of recovery that you get to watch disappear Wink   Be proud of yourself, Rob, as you've come far and invested much.  The next few minutes are all that matter and each is do-able.  Yes you can, yes you have, yes you are!
