It may sound crazy, but I was so relieved and liberated to learn I'm an addict.
It beats being an imbecile who can't stop smoking hands down (that's what I thought of myself.)
Hi Rangi and welcome to Freedom!
Your statement above could have been written by me. When I discovered the truth I was elated to know that I could finally, finally stop smoking, which I desperately wanted to do.
Learning about nicotine addiction and recovery changed my life.
It was sometimes a challenge but I always knew that the adjustment period was temporary and that all I had to do was to keep nicotine out of my body.
Comfort did arrive, a long, long time ago and it will for you, too.
Take full advantage of the information available here and read and read and re-read. It is completely worth the time.
Congratulations on breaking free! No nicotine today, one day at a time.
