Thanks for the quick reply.  Many people pick up smoking because of the long hours, and feel that is the only way to get breaks. I just keep getting the Afghanistan is not the place to quit, it is to stressful speech. Doesn't really bother me because I know other smokers try to sabotage a person attempting to quit, I know because I have done it myself Sad. Thanks for you advise i will  keep it in mind
