Welcome to the club! I admire you for quitting now. Why wait. It is a life or death thing. I know how good I feel everyday that I realize how many times I would have sucked searing hot poison into my lungs to feed an addiction that would ultimately rob me of my health. I feel REAL good knowing that I gave myself and my family this gift of freedom. Be proud and just as vocal as the addicts if you need to defend yourself. If they think it is not a worthy feat to be proud of let them just quit for one day. Can't do it. I don't know why smokers hate ex-smokers. Maybe because we were jealous?
Hey, I say if you can quit smoking of your own accord and leave it alone because you want to then there is absolutely nothing you cannot do. It is a mind game for the most part and we are in control. I am proud to be of assistance in any way I can. Hang tough ! NTAP!
Terri - Free and Healing for Two Months, Five Days, 13 Hours and 4 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 2 Days and 18 Hours, by avoiding the use of 799 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $160.14.
