Today was a much easier day than yesterday.  I had a total of three minor cravings today, first one while I was outside and a friend lit-up next to me,  second one while I was waiting in a line for lunch, and the third one I don't remember where or why but I do remember having a third one. Two of them in the morning and one early afternoon. I am getting a lot of though fixation about smoking, probably because not smoking is still so new and exciting to me.  The easiest way to remind myself why I quit is to breath in deep though my nose, in which I could not do before. I am actually getting more work done faster than before, because smoking always interrupted my work schedule.  

PS: I really did miss smelling
