crimsonryno, congratulations on your decision to quit. Just remember that the physical withdrawal is not a big deal. I'm sure you've stopped smoking for 3 days before because of a cold or flu. That's all it takes to flush the nicotine from your body. It's the mental addiction that messes people up.

Nicotine does nothing for you. It doesn't relieve stress, relieve boredom, increase concentration, or relax you. Since nicotine does none of these things there's nothing to give up. Once I realized this I didn't miss smoking one bit. A wise man once said smoking was like banging your head against a wall only to feel the relief when you stopped. We're all rooting for you.
