Thanks Chance!

Today has been the easiest quit day so far.  I had no real though fixation and just a couple of minor cravings today. Once after a fairly long convoy, and one after a fairly long meeting. It was amazing to see every smoker run for outside as soon as the meeting was over. The tremendous amount of smoke made me crave for a smoke a little, yet repulsed how nasty it was. Also today I was offered a cig and rejected it without even thinking about it. It actually to me a few minutes to realize what I have done. I am not saying it is easy yet, but it is getting easier. I have to be careful not to let down my defenses, as this my allow thought fixation to creep in.
One week, six days, 9 hours, 53 minutes and 18 seconds. 268 cigarettes not smoked, saving $60.35. Life saved: 22 hours, 20 minutes.
