gone green and so very happy.  Hit the skids week 3 - really, really wanted a smoke.  Read old posts and came across John's advice to go into "full battle mode" (as if dealing with first 72 hours).  So got out the big guns that worked for me ( deep breaths, clock watching, one day at a time, no nicotine today) and manged to ride out that those nasty couple of days.

It really does get easier.  I really do think about wanting a smoke a lot less.  If I do want to smoke I soon remember that I am way more petrified of getting hooked again than I am desirous of getting a nicotine hit.  So far so GREAT!!! Love and light to all, Rangi
