hi all thanks for your encouragement and helping me to celebrate green. Lucie, be thinking of you Monday (probably our Tuesday here in NZ) yeah - we are doing great - well done to you on the upcoming month milestone. Paula - you will definitely make it to your green. Don't stop your quit for anything, ever. We are so empowered with our educated quit from the info on this site. Take it one day at a time and just don't take that puff. I can relate to your anger - I felt really robbed / incensed / kinda heart broken on behalf of that 14 year girl (me) who got hooked on smoking and went on to loose my gorgeous youth to cigs and the demands of nicotine addiction. We are allowed to grieve our losses from smoking (the years!!!! arrghhh). It passes. It gets replaced with moments of joy and gleefulness. Be waiting on your green. take best care, Rangi
