Thanks for the constant support guys - it's really a big help.

I feel like a huge weight has lifted and the hard slog is over.  I think of a smoke about once a day and it's nothing more than a fleeting thought.  Over the holidays there's obviously been a good few nights of red wine or whiskey in the presence of smokers and I've been fine.

It's amazing that those things that were huge triggers for me in the past have now been "beaten" and only trigger a very very mild craving that doesn't last.

My dad told me that he still has the odd craving now and then and he quit 16 years ago.  That's a little disheartening, but if his cravings are as mild as mine, it doesn't really matter.
