Hi Rangi and Richard, your post Richard has real rung a bell as did yours Rangi, I'm 3 months on Saturday and really thought I'd feel.... well out of the woods I suppose, but I am still very much aware that one slip and I'd be smoking again, my quit is very very strong, I will never take another puff I am so sure of this fact but yes I think it is a feeling of not getting anywhere Richard. I too have 3 kids, and want to see my grandkids and enjoy being with my never smoked husband and life has got amazing, as a closet smoker the freedom is immense. Its lovely to read that it will get better still so thanks Richard.
We are doing great Rangi
and I can't wait to be Gold Richard!!
Lucie
