I found I continued to feel better, tasted more and find the smoke smell highly offensive. My nose works a little too well! I remember loving smelling so good, even at the end of the day. I NEVER will smell like cigarettes again, at least none that I smoked! I love never having to worry about my breath when I go to kiss my hubby. Aside from all the hygeine benefits, you probably feel better in general. Keep up the good work. You will NOT regret it! I am proud of every day of my 14 months. It hasn't been a struggle at all for a year or more but I remember those days!THEY WILL PASS!
Terri free for 14+ months!
