I tried to eat well and exercise, but could never feel as good as i wanted to because of smoking, because it is one of the worst things you can do for your body.  As an addict you know this, but for me it has taken till now to have the determination to NTAP.

I had a few thoughts/craves yesterday, but they where really short, and then i remembered seeing a graph of craves per day, and yes there was a peak at day 7 for average within a group that was surveyed, and then of course a tapering off... and so i could relate and think, well other people had the same thing about this time - and I thought it was interesting.  All in all feeling really positive and nicotine free.
