Yeah!
First off I had to find my quit counter but couldn't remember what it was called. I did a search for "counter" and found it.

An interesting fact is that today I actually had a thought of nicotine (don't remember when I had my last one). We were having a conversation of  a normal life event (visiting a funeral home) that I have not experienced since arresting my nicotine addiction. When I had the thought, I immediately asked myself what happened or what emotion did I have the second before I had the nicotine thought. Last time I had that emotion was before my quit date. All that in less than a split second and gone.

My name is Cathy, and I am a nicotine addict.
I have stopped nicotine for 3 years, 6 months, 14 days, 13 hours, 15 minutes and 22 seconds (1293 days).

I've not smoked 32339 death sticks, and saved $1,364.82.
I've saved 112 days, 6 hours and 54 minutes of my life.
