Yes, I do feel such joy about it; arresting this addiction, no matter how hopeless or impossible it may have seemed at the time, is the best thing I have ever done for myself, and just to reiterate what I said last year for anyone out there wondering if it's possible, I don't miss smoking AT ALL.  Taking this journey to freedom has truly allowed the real, forgotten me, along with all of the energy that was tied up in maintaining my active addiction, to come out again and fully engage LIFE.  Now, who knows how far I will go?  The sky is the limit. Rainbow
