Hanie,

As you wrote in your post, your physical symptoms to nicotine addiction have abated.  That was the beginning of your journey to Freedom.  Now you will continue with the rest of that journey.  Believe me, we have all been where you are and have felt the same mental challenge.  I know how tiring it can become....how easy it would be to give up.  Just remember that the negative thoughts are our addiction wanting control back.  That doesn't have to happen.  You are in control now.   I can tell you that it will get easier.  Hang in there.  Read all the literature available on WhyQuit and watch the videos.  You will gain the strength you need to continue on with your journey.

Write down the reasons you quit smoking.  Keep that list with you and if your journey gets rough, read that list.  It will keep you on the right path.

You only have to do one day at a time.   Each day without nicotine is a victory.....celebrate that victory!!!!

I wish you the best with your journey.
