thank you for the encouragements! you are right and I realized today that my list of reasons for quitting is an essential key to Freedom. from now on, I will go over it each day as a preventive measure. I have noticed how much difference this 1 minute exercise can transform my mood. beside, already did some add-ons, as I'm discovering new motivations and things I want to do.
