Welcome Zenforce.  You will never regret sticking with it.. Hang on..........then hang on more.  It gets easier and easier - and that is coming from someone who quit 5 years ago after 30 years of smoking.  Your words ring SO true to my own memory of those days.  Keep being honest.  We have ALL been where you are right now.  I never, ever thought I would get to where I am.

As John talks about, (I paraphrase- he says it much better than I ever could) - each time you confront an association trigger, and say "no" your brain doesn't revisit that same association within the same way it was experienced before.  There are multiple anecdotal associations which can crop up (like driving when it is sunny out, then driving when it is cloudy out.....) but the more compounded "no's" you can pile up, the better off you'll be.

I was on these boards every day many times a day at the beginning.  Keep reading and ask questions when you need to.  There is nothing you are experiencing for which you cannot find support or empathy here.  Nothing.

Keep doing it.  Never take a puff.  You will NEVER regret it.
