I've found deep, focused breathing to be helpful at various times when I've craved a smoke, and I can see it being helpful in that specific situation. I'll have to look up "reminders from the executive assistant." I'm finding the resources on here invaluable, primarily because I feel like people actually understand and empathize with what this is like.
