Hey Shane,

c2c26c843a687c4787e296f22ee54869964a9e0e

Wow , NINE years - Congratulations!!!  It sometimes seems like yesterday that we quitters were plucking away at our keyboards on MSN/Yuku support boards.

I know I spent a good portion of my 2006 summer reading, learning, posting , being inspired and encouraged by so many of my 'quit buddies' and seasoned oldbies.

Sometimes, I think back in disbelief how I could have given 39 years of my life to this addiction.  I have now given 9  1/2 years to belief and practice in not smoking. Freedom is

more ingrained in my life now than smoking ever was in the using days.  Like you say, "comfort without nicotine exists."  YES YES YES

Thank you (and a few others who know who they are Wavehello} for being a big part of my journey.  I wish all smokers and dippers and vapers and patchers could know just how simple

it is to get rid of the nicotine ball and chain…..just stop and spend a lot of time at WhyQuit.com

It may come off as sounding commercial but it's hard not to praise and boast the catalyst that changed my life in AMAZING ways.

To all the newbies, hang in there, you will get through this and be so happy you stuck with it;  to all the oldbies and friends, I am proud of you all. Thumbsup

One more year Shane to a decade.  Maybe you can treat yourself and 'C'. to a real live  Smiled lido deck for that celebration. I don't think she will object. Gift

Wendy  Rainbow yep, still using my smarts and healing my parts since 2006.
