post #15: Hi Cindy, I didn't realized about this extra time that I have now, between 1 and 2 hours, it's a lot of free time indeed! I will follow your advice and give more thoughts towards planning this free time, have some ideas but as you said, I'll plan to make it happen. I like when you said "I have literally saved my body from having to endure" because I think the body always tries to overcome things, as much as it can. if you give it bad things, it will attempt to cleanup, but give it just one small good thing and it will thrive. so I like to imagine the effect of non-smoking accumulating over years, but... one day at the time. for now I'm just going to do more reading & consolidate. thank you Cindy!
